I dont know how i have completely forgotten to post paneer bhurji in my space, while going through the recipe index, i was surprised to see my favourite paneer bhurji wasnt posted yet and i prepared them yesterday to enjoy along with rotis with some freshly prepared scrambled paneer, i dont need to explain wat is paneer bhurji..Most of us know about this wonderful spiced scrambled paneer with usual spice powders along with some coloured bellpeppers eventhough its completely optional...Usually i prepare paneer bhurji atleast twice a month coz everyone at home love this delicious bhurji either in sandwich or as side dish for rotis..This bhurji can be used very well as stuffing either in rotis or as bondas..A wonderful feast for paneer lovers like me to carry even as a lunch box menu along with some simple rotis....
2cups Scrambled paneer
1no Onion (big n chopped finely
1/2cup Bellpepper (green N red)
1tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Red chilly powder
2nos Green chillies (chopped)
1/2tsp Garam masala
Salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil
Heat enough oil,lets crack the cumin seeds, add immediately the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, saute until the onions turns transculent, now add the chopped green chillies, chopped bellpeppers,give a quick stir and add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder with salt, saute everything for few seconds, finally add the scrambled paneer,put the flame in simmer,cook everything for few minutes (keep stirring continously)..
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as side dish..
