I tried out making kesari today with quinoa coz my sweet tooth was craving for some sweets, immediately instead of using rawa i tried out making kesari with quinoa by cooking them in cooker with sugar and milk and finally cooked until they turns thick with some ghee and topped with fried cashews and raisins which i spiced up with some cardamom powder, u can prepare ur kesari even by cooking them in vessel as i wanted them to get ready quickly i prepared by pressure cooking which took very less preparation time..This kesari tastes absolutely divine, a prefect delicious sweet to enjoy warm for snacks with a cup of coffee, just love it..Sending this yummy quinoa kesari to Celebrate Sweets-Warm Desserts guest hosted by Priya, event by Nivedita..
