Srilankan rolls, famous evening snacks in Sri Lanka.. i tasted this rolls from the first time here in Paris when we went for shopping, after a long and hectic shopping day we had this rolls in a srilankan tea shop in La Chapelle, i fallen completely for this rolls and learned immediately through a friend, i often prepare this delicious spicy snacks whenever we wish to have for ..This ressembles very much like our rolls that we prepare with wheat or maida dough but the only thing i loved in this rolls is the crispy outer cover.. the difference between our usual rolls and srilankan rolls is these srilankan rolls are rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried, so they will have a crispy outer cover..they stays prefect for a week in fridge, u can reheat very well in oven and they will be crispy once they come out of the oven..When we go to any srilankans function, we always use to have this srilankan rolls, its takes a important place in all Srilankan functions..I learnt this from one of my srilankan friend, its a time consuming snacks but its really very worth to try out...This delicious vegetarian srilankan rolls goes to AWED-Srilanka guest hosted by Siri of Siri's Corner, event started by DK..
