Kiwi Fruits, are originated from China , they were well known as Chinese gooseberry until the newzealand kiwi growers named it as Kiwi...Kiwi , this oval shape green fruit with loads of tiny black seeds are rich in Vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that can protect your arteries, also this fruit is rich in dietary fiber, a good source of potassium, copper, magnesium, vitamin E and manganese...Italy is now the leading producer of kiwifruit in the world, followed by China, New Zealand, Chile, France, Greece, Japan and the United States.
It is best to buy firm kiwifruit and allow them ripen at home . A kiwifruit is ripe when plump and slightly soft to the touch with a fragrant smell.
