10 nos Seppankizhangu/taro root
1tsp Red chilli powder
2Tbsp Corn flour
Salt
Oil for deep frying
To Grind:
5nos Garlic pods
1tsp Peppercorns
1no Cinnamon sticks
1tsp Fennel seeds
1tsp Cumin seeds
Cook Taro root/Seppankizhangu in hot water for a while, be careful shouldnt overcook..if u r able to peel the skin, put off the stove..

Cut them any shapes (round r like french fries) as u desired, meanwhile grind all the ingredients as fine paste from to grind list with little water, add the grounded paste, salt, red chilli powder as well as Corn flour..dont add water while mixing just sprinkle, else the masala wont get stick with the taro root..
Heat oil for deep frying n fry them until they turns brownish..drain excess of oil with a paper towel..
