15 nos Broccoli Florets
1no Carrot
1no Onion
1no Vegetable stock
1/2cup Low fat cream
2Tbsp Raw rice
1/2tsp Pepper powder
1tbsp Olive oil
1/2tsp Parmesan cheese
Salt
Wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash, peel and roughly slice carrot...grind the raw rice just to make them small pieces dont grind as powder..Heat the oil in a pan add onion n stir it, then add carrot with the onion n stir it for 5 mintues..now add broccoli n rice pieces n stir them..add vegetable stock as cube with them n add 2 cups of water..let them cook in low heat until carrot n broccoli pieces cook well.
Add the cream with the veggies n just make them boil n put off the stove..cool it.. then puree the soup in a blender..add pepper n salt as per taste.Adjust ur soup as u wish, if u want to be thinner add water before adding the cream.
Garnish with parmesan cheese or any other grated cheese n serve hot.
