Eggless Pumpkin Nutella Mug Cake

Mug cake are seriously a life saver if you have some hungry tummies around you especially for snacks or else to please some sweet cravings after a meal. Mug cakes calls for microwave cooking, obviously these mug cakes gets ready very much quickly than the oven friendly cakes. Microwave mug cakes asks for either two or three minutes depending upon on your microwave oven's power consumption. Even my younger one prepare this sort of easy breezy mug cakes whenever he feels hungry especially after school for his evening snacks.

If you want to make this mug cake as an interesting dessert, just top this cake with few scoops of icecream or simply with a dollop of whipped cream.Dont forget to enjoy this cake when it was bit warm, the gooey ooey texture of this nutella rich pumpkin mug cake will definitely tickle your tastebuds. 3tbsp All purpose flour

3tbsp Sugar

3tbsp Pumpkin puree

2tbsp Water

1/4tsp Vanilla extract

3tbsp Oil

1tsp Nutella

1/2tsp Baking powder

Take the oil,sugar, flour, pumpkin puree,baking powder, water, vanilla  in a mug, mix well until everything gets well mixed.

Drop a teaspoon of nutella into the mug.

Cook in microwave oven for a minute or for 2 minutes depending upon your microwave oven power.

Let it cool a bit.

Top it with whipped cream, icecream or else with cocoa powder.
