Chocolate Malai Laddoo/Chocolate Paneer Laddu

Indian sweets, especially milk sweets are popular around the world. Though we live far away from India, we never miss milk sweets here at home. I love to replicate the traditional milk sweets at home either with paneer or else the famous Ricotta cheese. Malai laddoo aka paneer laddu is one of the popular Indian sweet you can prepare easily with condensed milk and grated paneer. This ultimate sweet balls aka laddoos are very simple to prepare and easy to roll out, you will definitely love to prepare this balls especially during festivals. If you dont have any idea or feel lazy to prepare a sweet dish for a get together or for a festival, dont forget to check this fantastic, rich malai laddoos.

Chocolate Malai laddoo

Am running this week's blogging marathon with Easy Sweet Treats as theme, i couldnt resist to post this chocolate malai laddoo for this theme. Whoever loves milk sweets will definitely fell in love with this incredible chocolate loaded sweet balls. Give a try to this lipsmacking laddoos if you are looking for something interesting and easy. Kids will love this laddoos,definitely a healthy and protein rich sweet balls to feed them easily to ensure their protein intake.

Chocolate Paneer Laddoo, Chocolate Paneer Laddu

1/2cup Sweetened condensed milk
250grams Paneer (grated)
1/4cup Dark Chocolate chunks (chopped)
1/2tsp Cardamom powder
Sliced almonds (optional)

Blend the grated paneer in a blender till its turns smooth.

Now transfer the paneer into a heavy bottomed pan, add the sweetened condensed milk, chopped chocolate chunks and cook in medium flame, stir constantly.

Cook until the mixture turns thick and starts leaving the pan.

Add the cardamom powder, mix well, remove the pan from the flame.

Chocolate Malai laddu, Paneer Chocolate Laddoo

Transfer to a plate, let it cool completely.

Take a small portion from this mixture and shape into laddoos.

Place a sliced almond on the top and serve.
