Low-Carb Cauliflower Bread Sticks/Gluten Free Bread Sticks

One more addition to our low carb meal is this cauliflower bread sticks. Actually i crossed this no dough bread sticks aka cauliflower bread sticks video in Facebook and immediately i saved the video. While i was planning for a low carb dish for our menu, i thought of making this cauliflower bread sticks and went through the video. These bread sticks came out simply out of the world, very easy to make and simply delicious to eat without any guilt. Again a gluten free recipe, obviously cauliflower plays an important role in this bread sticks. Minced cauliflower, mixed with beaten eggs, cheese and crushed garlic makes this vegetable based bread sticks. You might have already crossed cauliflower crust for making pizza, this bread sticks sounds almost like the crust.

Low Carb, Gluten Free Cauliflower Bread sticks

If you want to skip completely yeasted dough for making bread sticks or never tried your hands in making yeasted dough at home, then this cauliflower bread sticks will definitely makes you happy. Served warm or at room temperature, this bread sticks makes an excellent appetizier or an evening snack. We enjoyed thoroughly without any sauce though you can serve this bread sticks simply with your favourite sauces. Gluten free Bread Sticks, Cauliflower bread sticks

3cups Finely minced cauliflower
2 Beaten eggs
Salt
3nos Finely crushed garlic cloves
1/2cup Grated mozzarella cheese
1/2cup Grated Emmental cheese
1/2tsp Dry oregano leaves

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet over a baking tray.

Take the minced cauliflower, eggs, crushed garlic cloves, grated mozzarella cheese, salt in a bowl.

Mix everything well.

Divide the prepared mixture into two portion. Drop them over the already prepared baking tray.

Flatten each portion as a oval shaped disc, bake for 15-20minutes until their sides turns golden brown.

Now remove the baking tray and sprinkle the emmental cheese, dry oregano leaves on the top and bake them again for 5-10minutes or until the cheese gets melts.

Put off the oven and remove the baking tray.

Let it cool slightly and slice it as bread sticks.

Serve warm or at room temperature with your favourite sauce.
