Cheese Stuffed Potato Buns

Cheese stuffed potato buns, yes you read it rite, but this buns are prepared simply with mashed potatoes and not stuffed with potatoes. Adding cooked and mashed potato puree while making bread or bun dough makes the dough absolutely soft. Am running my third week of blogging marathon with one ingredient in different categories.Without any hesitation, i immediately pick laughing cow cheese as my star ingredient. Obviously my today's post goes to laughing cow cheese stuffed herbed potato buns. These cheese stuffed potato buns came out extremely fabulous and my kids just enjoyed this buns when they were still warm. Melted laughing cow cheese turned out this buns dangerously addictive and they just vanished within few minutes.

Cheese Potato buns

I prepared the dough with both whole wheat flour and bread flour, i couldnt stop myself adding flaxseed meal and few dried herbs like oregano, parsley etc. For this month's Shhhh Cooking Secretly Challenge an interesting event started by me and my partner of this month is Lakshmi Vimala of Cooking Club and she gave me potato and honey as my secret ingredients for this month's challenge, i used the both in this buns.Since this buns suits prefectly for both events, am posting this cuties today.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#50.

  2. Hate to be a dummy, but I have no clue how much potato to use. The unit of measurement of "3nos" I don't know and doing a GOOGLE search left me with no answers.
Would you give me that in cups, ounces, or grams so that I might try what looks to be a great surprise filled bun.
Thanks so much for your creative post.
