Pesto Pizza Sticks/Coriander Almond Pesto Cheesy Pizza Sticks

After an addictive pizza pinwheels, today's post is all about one of our another favourite, pizza sticks. Pizza sticks can be prepared easily at home with a simple dough prepared either with baking powder,baking soda combination or else with a yeasted dough. However i prepared this pizza sticks with the leftover pizza dough which i keep aside after having pizza during our weekend. I finished that leftover pizza dough as this beautiful, cheesy and very aromatic sticks with homemade pesto prepared with coriander leaves and almonds. This aromatic pesto works wonder in this bread sticks, trust me these pesto pizza sticks are dangerously addictive and one cant stop munching them, the melted cheese with this aromatic pesto takes this easy breezy pizza sticks to an another level, yes the warm pizza sticks tastes absolutely delicious and kids will go crazy if they see this beauties.

If you dont have pesto sauce, just stick with the usual pizza sauce for making this pizza sticks. I have added few chopped bellpeppers and tomatoes to this pesto sticks as i want make more colourful. You can add any herbs to give more aroma but i skipped adding herbs since i used pesto here. Obviously you can mix and match the toppings in this pizza sticks as you desire. Coriander Almond pesto pizza sticks,pesto pizza sticks

3tbsp Coriander Almond Pesto
1no Storebought pizza crust/homemade crust
1/2cup Chopped tomatoes & bellpeppers
1/2cup Grated cheese


Preheat the oven to 375F.

Roll the pizza crust very thinly, transfer it to a baking sheet lined over a baking tray.

Spread the pesto generously, top it with chopped tomatoes, chopped bellpeppers.

Sprinkle the grated cheese generously and cut it as shown in the picture.

Bake for 15-20minutes until the crust turns golden brown.

Enjoy warm.
