Pepper Raw Banana Podimas

Everyone at home enjoy very much anything prepared with raw banana, especially podimas..We just love it simply with rasam or sambar rice, this time i prepared the raw banana podimas without onions and spiced this delicious side dish simply with pepper powder...Thats why i named as pepper raw banana podimas, its tastes super delicious and prefect when served along with hot piping rasam,super comforting food for the sure..Sending to A Veggies For A Month-Raw Banana guest hosted by Archana,event by Priya..

2nos Raw bananas (pressure cooked & smashed)
1tsp Ginger (chopped finely)
1tsp Pepper powder
Few curry leaves
1/2tsp Mustard seeds
1/2tsp Urad dal
1/2tsp Fennel seeds (crushed)
2nos Dry red chillies
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
1/4cup Grated coconut
Salt
Oil

Heat enough oil, let splutters the mustard seeds, urad dal,curry leaves,crushed fennel seeds, add immediately the chopped ginger, saute for few seconds, add immediately the smashed raw banana pieces,salt,turmeric powder,sprinkle some water and cook everything in simmer for few minutes,finally add the grated coconut,pepper powder and cook for few more minutes and put off the stove..
