Simple rice which suits prefectly for a lunch box menu and get ready in less time,u can make up this wonderful looking rice simply with soyachunks, few veggies of ur choice..U dont need anything to grind or saute for hours..Yea i prepared this rice using tomato ketchup, pav bhaji powder and garam masala powder, everything together spiced up well this easy breezy soyachunks rice..Apart from chopping the veggies and onions, u dont have anything to do specially for this great looking one pot meal..Even leftover rice suits prefectly for making this simple rice, eventhough i cooked my rice in pressure cooker and prepared this rice for our lunch two days back which i served along with green gram sprouts and soya vadas which also goes for a quick preparation and i'll be posting those wonderful looking vadas recipes soon...
