Vegetable Farfalle

Easy farfalle dish with a mixed veggies like carrots, cabbage,green peas spiced with garam masala powder, pepper powder and cumin seed powder..I love this simple version of pasta and i do prepare often as this pasta dish go for mixed veggies..Its definitely a better way to feed picky eaters at home and with pasta am damn sure that none will notice these veggies and will enjoy having this pasta for the sure..


2cups Farfalle (cooked)
1no Onion (chopped)
2tbsp Ketchup
1cup Mixed veggies (i used carrots chunks, shredded cabbage & green peas)
1/2tsp Pepper powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Garam masala powder
1tbsp Parsley leaves (chopped)
Olive oil
Salt

Heat enough olive oil, saute the chopped onions with salt until they turns transculent, now add the carrots chunks and green peas, saute the veggies with pepper powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder for few minutes, finally add the shredded cabbage and ketchup, saute for few minutes i want to cook my veggies bit crunchy, so i didnt cooked for a long...finally add the cooked farfalle pasta and chopped parsley leaves..toss everything gently and serve hot...
