Sesame & Egg Fry

Am a die hard fan of pepper egg fry, i do often those peppery egg fry and this time while trying to make out the same pepper egg fry, i twant to give a trial by adding black sesame seeds with mustard seeds and urad dal for tempering and prepared this delicious spicy egg fry with chilly and coriander powder...This sesame egg fry is really easy to prepare, quick fry to enjoy with any sort of rice dishes, eventhough i love having this spicy egg fry as side dish with sambar rice and rasam...The addition of black sesame seeds brings a nutty flavour to this simple egg fry and turned out too delicious...This tempting egg fry goes directly to my own event CWS-Sesame Seeds & to RV & Sudeshna's FFSL-Healthy Fast Foods..

1tbsp Black sesame seeds
1/4tsp Mustard seeds

5nos Curry leaves

Heat oil and let splutters the mustard seeds, sesame seeds, urad dal and curry leaves..add the chilly powder, coriander powder, half a cup of water and salt to the hard boiled eggs  and keep aside...add this egg with spice powder to the tempered spices and cook until the water get evaporates and the oil gets separates...
