Chocolate Chips Butter Cookies

It has been ages i have prepared my favourite butter cookies, weekend went really fast and the climate is getting more worst now..Sunday its was rainy, sterday was so cold and cloudy  which keeps u completely sad and i finally wanted me to keep somewat busy..My sweet tooth pulled me to prepare easy butter cookies where i have added few chocolate chips..I can say that this cookies are small sister of Nan khatais and big sister of butter biscuits..When i was kid, my mom used to make this cookies, for baking our neighbour bakery used to help us..Baking was been a hard task before, but now everything is quite easy and baking was one of my passion nowadays, i cant stop baking..Coming to this butter cookies, this cookies are really fabulous, delicious and fantastic for evening snacks..While served with hot coffee or chocolate, these cookies tastes really divine...Its quite easy to prepare as this cookies goes for all purpose flour, sugar, egg and butter...

2+1/4cup All purpose flour
1/2cup Butter (room temperature)
3/4cup Sugar (can decrease if needed)
1no Egg
1/4cup Chocolate chips
1/2tsp Baking soda
1/4tsp Baking powder

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.. Beat in the egg.. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and stir into the sugar mixture...Preheat the oven at 400F, line a baking sheet over a baking tray..now add the chocolate chips to the dough, mix well..take a small ball from the dough, roll it and just give a press..arrange this slightly flatten dough over the baking sheet, continue the process..

Bake for 15-20minutes until the cookies get slightly golden..remove the tray and let them get cool..
