Pepper Milk (For Flu n Cold)

Pepper milk, this hot milk is such a prefect remedy of flu and cold,i learned this pepper milk from my mom, who used to make out whenever we suffer from cold and flu...Its quite a simple drink prepared with hot milk, a pinch of turmeric powder and a spice powder prepared with dry roasted pepper and cloves...I prepare this pepper milk whenever anyone at home have flu or cold...Nothing will beat this simple pepper milk drink, which sooth immediately the nose, throat...For kids, just add a half a spoon of dry roasted powder, its works out prefectly for them too...Am sending this pepper milk to Trupti's Comfort Food For illness & to Sadhana & Muskaan's Home Remedies Event....

2cups Milk
1/2cup Water
1tbsp Black peppercorns
4nos Cloves
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
Sugar (as per need)
Dry roast the black peppercorns, cloves until the flavours come out, grind or pound as fine powder..Bring boil the milk and water, add the turmeric powder and sugar, give a stir..
Finally add the pepper-cloves powder as per ur need and enjoy!!!!

Am also sending Peppercorns N Ginger Surasam for Trupti's Event too...
