Strawberry Soup

Fresh juice with strawberries and orange juice, with plenty of vitamin C..really refreshing good to have while its too hot..we had a sunny weekend, also went to farmer's market where i got fresh strawberries n oranges..back to home i prepared this soup (dunno y its called so) which i crossed few days back in a magazine, i love to try out this combination coz i love strawberries much...Delicious juice with simple ingredients, this is my entry to Refreshing Drinks event by Anusriram of Chandrabhaga..


15 nos Fresh strawberries
1 cup Fresh orange juice
1tbsp Sugar
Water

Cut the strawberries as small pieces... Take the orange juice, sugar, water as well as the strawberry pieces in a blender n blend them bit coarsely..dont strain them...keep this fresh juice for atleast one hour in fridge.Serve them with crushed ice cubes..kids will love this..

Have the strawberry pieces with a spoon...
