Kong Na Mool Moo Chim ( Soya Bean Sprouts Salad)

Do you need a easy n quick korean salad, u should definitely try this soya bean sprouts salad!!!!..its definitely a keeper for me, coz everyone at home liked this tasty salad with garlic n sesame seeds which enhance the flavour n taste of this salad..its a simple salad with cooked soyabean sprouts then tossed with sesame oil, minced garlic, soya sauce etc..This is my one more entry to AWED-Korean guest hosted by Pj of Seduce Your Tastebuds, event started by DK of Culinary Bazaar..


1/2cup Soya bean sprouts
1tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp Korean chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2tsp minced garlic
Few sesame seeds
1 cup water
1 tsp salt to cook

Wash soy bean sprouts well..Put it in a pot, add the water and salt and cook for 15-20 minutes until soften.Drain well, or squeeze slightly.Take a bowl, add soy bean sprouts and put soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, salt, garlic and sesame seeds. Mix well with hands.

Serve as salad with any soup!
