Microwave Cup Corn - Healthy Savoury Snack

Two months back, Vibaas of Delectable Vegetarian Recipes posted this easy also healthy snack in her blog, u can see her way of preparing this delicious quick snack in Cup corn-healthy snack..as she told, this cup corns are really very healthy..she prepared this snack both in microwave n in stove top, but i  finished preparing cup corns in microwave, which need  just a few minutes... This is my entry for MBP-Kids Food guest hosted by Trupti of Recipe Center, event started by Coffee, as i prepared in microwave this healthy snack goes to MEC-Savoury Snacks guest hosted by Me, event started by Srivalli...

1cup Frozen corn kernels/Fresh corn kernels
1/4tsp Red chilly powder
1/4tsp Chaat Masala
1tsp Butter
Salt
Few drops of Lemon juice

Thaw the frozen corn kernels in microwave for 5 minutes in high temperature, this helps to cook the corn kernels a bit too,(i bought already steam cooked corn kernels from frozen section)..In a microwave bowl, add the tsp of butter, corn kernels, redchilly powder, chaat masala n salt n cook together for 3 minutes...let them cool n toss gently with lemon juice  n serve it!!
