Kadai Paneer

I love paneer...i prefer to prepare myself paneer, its realy easy to prepare paneer at home..each n every time am happy to prepare my paneer dishes with my home made paneer..this kadai paneer is an authenic punjabi dish...here come my simple n delicious kadai paneer recipe..

1cup Paneer cubes

3nos Tomatoes chopped
1tsp Chilly powder

Grind bit coarsely the dry red chillies n coriander seeds...heat oil in a kadai , add the grounded powder n fry them..add the minced garlic n saute them well until garlic turns brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder n salt...stir them well n close them with lid..put the flame in simmer n cook them until the tomatoes turns mushy, mashy ..now this looks like thick gravy..

In another kadai add another tbsp of oil n add the cumin seeds, let them crack..now add the paneer pieces n fry them until they turns bit brown..

Add the capsicum pieces to the paneer n toss them for a while, add the already prepared tomato gravy to the fried paneer n capsicum n mix everything well until the paneer n capsicum pieces get well coated with the tomato gravy..
