Almond Kulfi

Kulfi is an all time favorite Indian dessert, especially in summer.. It’s a little like ice cream but Kulfi has it’s own unique flavor. Even its too cold here, at home we never stopped having all these delicious things..Sterday i showed the recipe from here to my husband n was saying that am gonna prepare today, as the recipe is quite easy n nothing to heat r cook, he was quite curious to try kulfi by himself, i was surprised n left the kitchen until he finish preparing..needless to say he managed prefectly to prepare these delicious kulfi, first time for me to taste something delicious made by my husband(hehe)...

Am very proud n happy for the last entry of this year been prepared by my husband!!!!!!



20nos Blanched Almonds (grounded)
1cup Sweetened condensed milk
1cup Whipping cream
1/4tsp Cardmom powder
Few Pistachios Chopped

Beat together all ingredients except the pistachios in a large bowl until they turns soft..pour this mixture in kulfi mould..springle chopped pistachios as per ur need..

Keep them in freezer for atleast overnite..Serve them with chopped fruits r with anything as u prefer...
