Pumpkin Sprouted Lentils Soup

Pumpkins are a natural source of beneficial constituents such as carbohydrates, amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids. They contain most of the B vitamins, along with C, D, E, and K. They also have the minerals calcium, potassium, niacin, and phosphorous. Pumpkin seeds have mainly been used to treat prostate and bladder problems, but they have also been known to help with depression and learning disabilities. They are extremely popular protein choices, specifically for vegetarians and healthy eaters due to their high protein and fiber content and due to the fact that they are low in fat.Lentils are quick and easy to prepare due to their short cooking time and can be added to a variety of soups. One hundred grams of raw lentils contains around 350 calories, 60 grams of carbohydrates (31 grams of which is dietary fiber), 26 grams of protein and only 1 gram of fat, if they r sprouted needless to say how healthy they r!!!
