Tofu Crispy Balls

Tofu Balls...we know very well r else heard about tofus...but after a long search, i found out that tofus r two types, one is firm tofus can do dishes r soups by frying them n another one is Silken tofus can do desserts with this tofu...here is used firm tofus to make these balls..its can be a sidedish for rice dishes r else a very good evening snacks with ketchup..Kids will love always the fried items..as tofus r hard to feed, i tried this method and its worked out well...

1cup Firm tofu Grated
1/4cup Carrots grated
1/4cup onion chopped finely
2nos green chilly chopped
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
1/4tsp fennel seed powder
1/4cup all purpose flour r corn flour
1/4tsp cumin seed powder
3tsp coriander leaves chopped
5nos Curry leaves chopped
1/4cup Bread crumbs
Salt
oil for deep frying

Take a bowl..add all ingredients except the breadcrumbs n oil..mix together well..smash everything with ur fingers ..make them as balls n roll them in bread crumbs..keep these balls for atleast 1 hour in fridge...
Fry them as deep frying..Crispy Tofu balls r ready to serve..serve them hot..
Green chillies can be replaced with redchilli powder too..
