Last brownie of this week's blogging marathon goes for an extremely chocolatey oreo biscuits loaded brownies.You might have noticed that am running this week's blogging marathon with Let them eat Brownies as theme. After two different brownies, i couldnt stop myself to bake some oreo biscuit loaded brownies just to please my kid's sweet tooth. We are in summer vacation here, obviously kids are around, and my oven is in on mode since ever our summer vacation started. Brownies when loaded with chocolate and crushed oreo biscuits,who can resist to these beauties. Kids went crazy when they saw this brownies.
Even before this brownies gets cool completely, my younger one started slicing himself as he couldnt resist to enjoy this alluring fudgy brownies. Easy to whisk and bake, this brownies calls for a bowl Yes its a one bowl brownies, you doesnt need any fancy gadgets to prepare this chocolatey brownies. Trust me, you can enjoy this brownies for your evening snacks or else along with a scoop of icecream as dessert after a meal. I used two eggs in this brownies, if you want to skip it and stick with your own version of eggless brownies.
1cup All purpose flour
3/4cup Sugar
1/4cup Cacao powder
100grams Butter
2 Large eggs
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
Crushed oreo biscuits
Chopped chocolate bar
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a square pan generously with butter and keep aside.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl, add the sugar and beat until the sugar gets dissolves.
Add the pinch of salt, and the eggs one by one, whisk everything until the mixture turns smooth.
Add the flour, cacao powder, vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
Whisk everything well until the batter turns smooth.
Pour the brownie batter to the already prepared pan.Top the batter with crushed oreo biscuits, chopped chocolate bar generously.
Bake for 15-20minutes. Let it cool completely.
Slice and enjoy.
