This week's posts are going to Valentine's special foods aka baked goodies. Though i dont celebrate this day, i would love to share some valentine's friendly recipes as i picked Valentine's Day Recipes as theme for this week's blogging marathon. My today's post is a simple but yet a dangerously addictive, buttery, eggless almond cookies with hershey's kisses. If you are living in United States, you know very well about this hershey's kisses. Hershey's kisses have a distinctive shape which looks like a flat bottomed tear drops, this chocolate are wrapped in aluminum foil with a narrow strip of paper protruding from the top. You can bake some stunning cookies with this chocolate.
Since this cookies have hidden chocolates, am sure these ultimate almond cookies makes an excellent valentine's day special cookies to enjoy with your loved ones. For the cookie dough, i went with my all time eggless sugar cookie dough for making this cookies in which i have added almond meal to bring the nuttiess to this simple cookies. An excellent munchies to pack and share with your friends and loved one as well. Easy to prepare and bake, you will spend less time in baking and a prefect cookies to give a try to share on your Valentine's day's special table.

Beat the sugar, butter in bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add milk, vanilla and salt and beat until well mixed.
Add flour and almond meal, beat at low speed, until well mixed.
Arrange the dough in fridge for an hour, chilled dough works awesome to shape easily.
Divide 10-12 medium sized balls out of the dough, flatten the dough.
Place a hershey's kisses inside the dough, wrap it around and roll.
Place them in lined baking sheet with enough space inbetween.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until very lightly golden brown.
Let them cool completely and store in air tightened box.
