American breakfast pudding, Bread pudding

My today's post goes for a prefect breakfast pudding, this pudding is simply prepared with french baguette, with some raisins, chocolate chips and obviously spiced with cinnamon powder. Else this pudding goes for usual soaking with milk, eggs and sugar. Quite an easy breakfast pudding to dish out with stale bread slices sitting for a while in your bread box. Personally i felt that this pudding makes an excellent sunday brunch to enjoy with some fresh fruit salads or else simply with some fruit chunks along with a bowl of coffee, tea or else with hot chocolate. With a help of an adult even a kid can prepare this easy breezy bread pudding, as this dish goes for easy preparation apart from baking.

Since am running a long month blogging marathon with different themes for every week, am posting this alluring breakfast bread pudding which makes an excellent American breakfast as this week's theme goes for Breakfast from Countries. We are successfully running this mega marathon and my co marathoners are rocking with many interesting dishes and thalis, though i drool everytime at their thalis i dont have enough time to make a simple thali. Anyhow am happy with my posts eventhough they are very simple when compared to few marathoners. However am enjoying virtually all their beautiful posts and thanks to Valli for making this event more interesting and she never fails to encourage us.Without her, i would have already dropped running this event.
