You dont know how to bake cakes without oven?? Trust me this cake is for you.
You  have a sandwich maker and dunno how to make use of it?? Dont worry after going through this post, am sure you will use your sleeping sandwich maker atleast once or twice a week.

A pillowy, softy cake with sandwich maker, yes you can make it with less efforts and with usual ingredients, you can make some spongy triangle cakes for your Sunday brunch, for an evening snacks and why not for a quick dessert with your kitchen gadget aka sandwich maker. Anything is possible with this way of making cake with sandwich maker. Just prepare the cake batter and cook it with your sandwich maker, sounds very easy rite.

I got hooked to this recipe while going through Pari's Space and loved the quick way of making cake with a sandwich maker. Immediately i tried at home with my Philips sandwich maker and they came out extremely spongy, soft and very fluffy. We loved having this triangle shaped pillowy cakes for our snacks drizzled with dates syrup, honestly we have fallen in love with these easy cakes. One of the easy breezy cake i have ever prepared earlier, loved the simplicity of this dish.Sending to Pari's Only Tried & Tasted from Foodelicious.

1cup All purpose flour/maida
1tsp Baking powder
1tsp Vanilla essence
1/2cup Sugar
1/2cup OIl
1/4cup Milk
2nos Eggs

Beat the eggs, oil, milk together with sugar in a bowl, meanwhile sieve the flour with baking powder.

Add the dry ingredients, vanilla essence to the wet ingredients, stir well to get well mixed.

Meanwhile heat your sandwich maker, once it gets hot spoon enough batter to the sandwich maker.

Close it and cook until you see the green light of the sandwich maker appears or else until its gets cooked well.

Remove the cooked cake and repeat the same process until the batter gets finished.

Enjoy this cake with your favourite spread or simply drizzled with honey or any syrup.

You can also have them just dusted with confectioner's sugar.
