As i told earlier, i can feed my kids anything with chocolates, they just love it. Obviously kids love chocolates, i know when i choosed Kid's delight-Anniversary special i'll definitely prepare some sweets with milk and chocolate. I cant imagine a party or a special day without sweets, especially milk based Indian sweets. Actually i want to make kheer but finally i went for this Milk powder burfi i have already prepared for a special virtual party, this time with our favourite chocolate flavour.This burfi goes for a super quick preparation also gets vanished very much easily.
You can prepare this chocolate milk powder burfi even if you have sudden guests at home. 1cup Milk powder
3tbsp Dark Chocolate powder
1+1/2cups Sugar
1/2cup Ghee
Few almond nuts
Few sugar pearls
Heat the ghee, add the milk powder fry for few minutes,keep aside..
Meanwhile take the sugar in a vessel,cover it with water,bring to boil,cook until it reaches one string constitency.
Now add the already fried milk powder,chocolate powder and cook until the mixture gets off from the bottom of the vessel..
Pour this thickened mixture to a greased plate, springle generously the almond nuts,sugar pearls on the top,keep aside until its gets cool..
Cut this burfi as squares and enjoy.
