My second dry saute post for this week's blogging marathon is this easy breezy egg onion roast, with loads of onions, garam masala and chilly powder, this egg roast goes awesome as side dish with sambar rice or rasam rice. Quite an easy side dish, its gets ready quickly and you can serve it even with rotis. I simply added few kasuri methi leaves to gives a wonderful flavour to this easy egg roast. You can add even veggies to this onion roast to make this egg roast more colourful.Check out the other bloggers running this blogging marathon here.
