After few hot sunny days, yesterday was bit dull and the weather was super chilled. Needless to say we felt like having some hot pakodas for our evening snacks with a cup of masala chai. While going through my fridge, some fresh zucchinis were sitting and i started grating them to make some vadas. My lil one asked me to make some pakodas as he loves onion pakodas, finally i prepared a quick, simple and super crispy pakodas with grated zucchinis and rolled oats. Everyone at home loved having this crispies with sweet chilly sauce while i simply loved with tomato ketchup.
These pakodas are quite easy to prepare and definitely very addictive. Trust me you can make these crispy pakodas often just by simply adding any sort of veggies and am damn sure you guys will definitely love these crispies.Sending to Street Party guest hosted by Shama, event by Jagruti.
