As i told already, stuffed parathas are our family favourite, i can feed easily my teddies quickly with any sort of stuffed parathas. Even my small picky eater never says no even if his paratha is stuffed with broccolis, obviously i mix variety of veggies for stuffing.
My love for aloo paratha pushed me to make variety of aloo parathas, for our yesterday dinner i prepared this super spicy aloo paratha. I simply spiced the cooked and mashed potatoes with garam masala powder, finely chopped green chillies and amchur powder. This stuffed parathas tastes extremely yummy, super filling and absolutely healthy with a fantastic stuffing. We just loved it.Sending to my own event Healthy Diet-Breakfast guest hosted by Roshni.
2cups Whole wheat flour

For stuffing:
3nos Potatoes (cooked & mashed)
1/2tsp Cumin seeds
2nos Green chillies(chopped)
1tsp Garam masala powder
1/2tsp Amchur powder
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
Oil
Salt
Take the wheat flour and salt together in a bowl, add the curd, warm water and knead everything as a stiff and smooth dough, keep aside for half an hour..
Meanwhile heat enough oil,fry the cumin seeds and add chopped green chillies, sauté everything for few seconds.
Add the cooked and mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder and salt, saute everything for few minutes, put off the stove and keep aside until they gets cool..
Make medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them as small circles with the rolling pin, drop enough aloo masala and cover the masala by sealing the edges of the flatten dough.
Dust with flour and roll them gently as parathas..Heat a tawa, drop this flattened aloo paratha over the hot tawa, drizzle few drops of oil and cook until they get well cooked..
Serve hot..
