Today, we had a mild sunny climate after few days of non stop raining..Few days back, while its was still raining,i simply prepared this wonderful looking dal with bottlegourd and some frozen drumstick leaves,i have already freezed them for further use, we had this super delicious, comforting and satisfying dal with lemon pickle and fried papads for our lunch with hot steaming rice..Seriously until i tried this combo,i never know that both bottlegourd and drumstick leaves works out wonder in dal, also this dal doesnt need onions and tomatoes, i simply prepared a special spice powder for making this dal apart from that this dal is quite easier to prepare...Sending to A Veggie for a month - Bottlegourd guest hosted by Raji, event by Priya....
