Soya Gobi Manchurian

After a long, i prepared some manchurians at home by combining both soya chunks and cauliflower florets, this combo turned out absolutely delicious, prefect and tasty as well as a healthy side dish to enjoy simply with a bowl of hot steaming rice...This manchurian tastes super delicious when served along with simple vegetarian fried rice, whoever says no to soya will definitely enjoy this soya and gobi manchurian,a wonderful and ultimate combo..Since i have picky eaters at home who dont even touch soyachunks enjoyed having this inviting manchurian along with fried rice and served twice..Yep we loved it that much..

Soya Gobi Manchurian

10nos Soyachunks (cooked)
15nos Cauliflower florets
1tsp Dark Soya sauce
1/2cup Corn flour
