Do you know with simple puff pastry sheet ,chocolate and nut, u can make a wonderful,delicious sweet puffs quickly for snacks??..Yesterday evening my lil one came back earlier from his school,he wanted something with chocolate for his snacks, immediately i asked him if he helps me i'll make some sweet puffs with white chocolate and almond flakes,without any hesitation he replied me a big 'S' and we started making this quick and easy snacks for our snacks...Just cut the puff pastry as rectangle,place few chocolate pieces,almond flakes,close with an another rectangular puff pastry sheet and bake it in oven,thats all ur snacks is ready..My lil one helped me a lot for making this wonderful looking puffs,yeah he helped me for breaking the chocolate pieces,sprinkled the almond flakes over the chocolate and even sealed the edges of this puffs,loads of work for a small chef na, am very proud of him..Obviously am sending this beautiful puffs to Vidhya's Cooking With Your Little Sous-Chef & Magpie's Week Long Sweet Celebrations..
1no Puff pastry sheet
200grms White chocolate bar (broken as large pieces)
Few Almond flakes
Preheat the oven to 350F..Cut the puff pastry sheet as 8 rectangles..place gently the chocolate pieces in 4 rectangle sheet,sprinkle almond flakes as per need over the chocolate pieces, meanwhile make 3slits in remaining 4 rectangular sheets, place gently one by one over the another sheet,just to cover fully the chocolate place sheet, slightly brush the edges with water and seal them well..
Place this unbaked puffs over a baking sheet and bake for 15-20minutes until the crust turns golden brown..
Wow looks crispy and perfect....can imagine the taste...yummy
