A prefect snacks to enjoy when its chilled or snowy, this crispy balls are quite simple to prepare and its tastes truly fabulous to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea..This crispy balls goes for mixed veggies also its one the best and wonderful way to sneak out veggies..I couldnt stop munching these crispy beauties, needless to say how tasty these balls are, the picture itself proves it na..Sending to Radhika's Deep fried snacks and to Charitha A for Appetiziers..
2cups Mixed veggies (grated)
1cup Poha
1/2cup Gram flour
Few curry leaves
1tsp Ginger (grated)
1tsp Fennel seed powder
2nos Green chillies (chopped)
1no Onion (chopped)
Salt
Oil for deepfrying
Few coriander leaves
Soak the poha in hot water, strain the poha..now take the veggies, poha,gram flour,chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, fennel seed powder, green chillies,chopped onions,few curry leaves,salt and turn everything as thick paste..
Heat oil for deep frying, make small balls from this veggies-poha mixture and drop gently to the hot oil, fry until these balls turns brown in colour, strain the excess of oil with a paper towel.. Enjoy warm..
