Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice - Version 2

My second version of simple chinese vegetable fried rice is prepared with already cooked basmati rice mixed with sauteed carrot chunks, frozen green peas and broccoli florets cooked in soya sauce and finally tossed with white pepper powder..This version is really very quick, easy also tasty as well as my first version of Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice..Usually this fried rice is prepared with chicken chunks or with scrambled eggs, but i prefer making simply with mixed veggies...I love chinese dishes and thanks to Vaishali for choosing this famous cuisine, its really a great opportunity for me to try out my long list of chinese dishes...Am just starting with simple and easy chinese vegetable fried rice..Obviously this delicious fried rice goes directly to Vaishali's mail box..I never add Ajinamoto(MSG) in my chinese dishes, if u would like to add to enhance the flavour of the dish, u can very well add quater teaspoon of MSG..

2cups Basmati rice (already cooked)
1no Onion (sliced thinly)
1/2cup Carrot pieces
10nos Broccoli florets (small pieces)
1/4cup Green peas (frozen)
1tsp Ginger (minced finely)
1tbsp Garlic (minced finely)
3tbsp Soya sauce
Salt (as per need)
1/2tsp White pepper powder
2tbsp Green spring onions or Garlic chives (chopped)
Oil

Heat enough oil and add the ginger & garlic pieces, saute until they get well fried..now add the finely sliced onions and saute for few seconds, add immediately the carrot pieces, frozen green peas saute everything for few minutes, dont cook for a long, add now the broccoli florets to the cooking veggies..add the soya sauce and cook everything in high flame.. finally add the already cooked basmati rice, white pepper powder, salt if needed...toss everything gently until the rice get well mixed..

Finally add the chopped garlic chives or green spring onions and put off the stove...
