Healthy version of patties or cutlets with quick cooking oats as crust, baked in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, Is there anything healthier than these patties?? definitely i dont think so..I prepare these patties with cooked potatoes, cooked carrots, cooked green peas with red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt and dry roasted quick cooking oats, crusted directly with quick cooking oats instead of dipping them in a corn flour sauce and rolling them in oats..This baked oats crust oats and veggies patties was just a big success at home and we enjoyed having this healthy patties for our evening snacks and the lil ones enjoyed with ketchup...I can definitely say this baking version needs very less oil and very less attention compared when we shallow fry these patties in pan..Just with 2tsp of oil, ur patties turns prefectly crispy, well coloured and well cooked, baking this patties is one of the better and best way to enjoy these patties in case if u are health conscious..U wont regret baking this patties, and will definitely prepare this patties often since this patties goes for very less ingredients which we use almost in our daily menu..
