Whenever i go for new cuisine, i'll always go for salads or soups...This time i started with two german style cucumber and tomato salad for our today's lunch, some of the german dishes are really very easy to prepare and they hardly need really very few minutes....These salads are really refreshing, healthy, delicious, simple to prepare and prefect for hot summer...While i was searching for German recipes, i have fallen completely in love the ingredients they are used to prepare this delicious, simple salad..I tried out immediately and my H loved the salads who says rarely 'Yes' to salads if salads are served twice for dinner...This both salads goes for quite a different dressing which change completely the taste of these salads...Cucumber salad goes for cream dressing while tomato salad goes for herbs and worcestershire sauce, this salads are definitely a keeper for me...Am sending this both salads to AWED-German guest hosted by Lakshmi of Kitchen chronicles, event started by DK...
