Am very happy and proud to share this dish with you all coz this is one of my mom's best dish she used prepare for us when we were kid and i learned this chicken balls from her..Like me, my mom have a big list of her favourites, but whenever we ask for her favourite, her first choice goes to obviously chicken balls..
Mom , the word itself means a lot, we are nothing without this beautiful human being, i never knew that being a mother is such a challenging job until i cherish those beautiful moments..My mother is a hardworking person , who never ever think about her, she lived for us and still living for us..I miss my mom's cooking who used to prepare many droolworthy dishes for us with loads of love, its now my turn to cook for her and whenever she comes here i used to prepare all her favourite dishes and makes her happy, i cant forget so many beautiful moments which i shared with my mom during my schooling and college days, whenever i need for her she was there for me..My mom is a great cook and she always makes out delicious dishes with simple ingredients quickly and very easily...very creative person, she was my inspiration and an awesome human, very encouraging person..With a small smile she brings me manything, anything and everything..Thanks mom for bringing me to this world, teaching me,raising me as a good human and am very proud to be ur daughter and happy wat i am today..Amma i love you and admire you..And coming to the chicken balls, they are going to Celebrating Mother's Day a fabulous event by Ivy of Kopiaste, where she is asking all her fellow bloggers to send their special dish to celebrate mother's day..

Cover the pan with the lid, so that chicken pieces may leave water, cook until water get evaporated.Grind everything in a blender, while blending add curryleaves, cilantro leaves together... never add water,it will be very hard to grind, grind as coarse paste..
Add corn flour to the grounded mix..mix together nicely with ur fingers, make balls with ur fingers and roll them in bread crumbs evenly..Keep in fridge for atleast 1 hour and deep fry them in small batches..

ReplyDeleteAll mom's are so underestimated and unappreciated most of the time. Unless someone has children, they would never understand how much work it takes to bring them up, we have to be almost like saints, always scarificing and never expecting anything in return!! Then we have to say "oh, I am "just" a stay at home mom" at parties!!:P
