ReplyDeleteI have been tring to get hold of somrthing similar, but i guess I need to go myself to the chinese shop insead of asking hubby, as he hasn'rt been able to find anything, what so ever with black beans.
ReplyDeleteBTW,. are you sure these are soya sprouts. The look quite like mung bean sprouts. You get a lot of mung sprouts at chinese shops and a lot of times are mistaken for soyasprouts here.
oop! In the first sentence I was talking about the blackbean garlic sauce, or for that matter anything with black beans. Forgot to mention it. I love them too :)
ReplyDeletePG even i had the same doubt regarding whether these sprouts r really soya sprouts earlier, i cleared my doubts by asking so many q'ns to the staffs in chinese stores..yes these r imported soyabean sprouts from china..also they r sold as Pousse de soja which means soya sprouts..
