Microwave Chocolate Halwa

I prepared this microwave chocolate halwa with ricotta cheese, cornflour, dark chocolate powder in microwave within less than 10 minutes...its such a tasty n easy recipe, we enjoyed having them sterday after with hot coffee...quick, easy n delicious halwa for everyone...


1cup Ricotta cheese
1cup Milk powder (low fat)
1cup Sugar
3tbsp Corn flour
2tsbp Dark chocolate powder
2tbsp Butter
Few almond flakes

Take a large microwave bowl, add the ricotta cheese, milk powder, sugar, corn flour, dark chocolate cake n butter, mix everything well with a spatula r with electric beater....cook them in microwave in high temperature for about 5 minutes...mix them well, if u can see some crumbly texture...keep once again for about 3 minutes...pour the halwa mixture in a greased plate, garnish with almond flakes...Keep aside n let them cool..

Cut them as any shape as u desire...
