1/4 cup Grated coconut
3tsp Sugar
Maida for dusting
Dust the pastry sheet with maida n with a glass, press the pastry sheet to get them as small chappathis..keep this small round pastry sheets beside, actually u will get 5 small round chappathis,to get more, can knead again n roll the pastry sheet n can get until 5 more small round pastry sheets..mix together the chocolate chips, grated coconut n sugar..take one of the pastry sheet n put the mix of the chocolate coconut into it..take the another sheet over it n press the borders with a fork as shown in picture..continue the process until u finish every sheet with chocolate mix..
Preheat the oven..take a baking sheet n spread over the baking tray arrange them with enough space between every puffs..Bake these puffs at 350F for 15-20 minutes..temperature n baking time may change according to ur oven..keep an eye..put off the oven, once the puffs turns slightly brown...Keep aside n let them cool..
Tasty, delicious Puffs r ready to serve...
If u dont have chocolate chips can replace very well with a chocolate bar n grate them into small pieces, can add them with the grated coconut pieces...
Can replace the grated coconut with almond powders too...
