Tofu Paratha

Parathas with Tofu..seems new na!!!!!!.....yep this parathas came out very well ..would like to post coz its a really healthy calcium rich recipe..kids wont like that much when we prepare any dishes with tofus but this paratha vanished withing few minutes as they were tasty, slightly spicy n tofu r well mixed with the wheat flour n wasnt that much easy to find out the tofu pieces while eating..they turn out very soft n fluffy parathas..another healthy version of parathas from my kitchen..I created this recipe by myself..

1Cup Tofu extrafirm(grated)
2Cups Wheat Flour
1Cup Maida
1tsp Garam masala powder
1tsp Chilli powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
3pinch Turmeric powder
1/4cup Yoghurt
Salt
Oil
Maida for dusting

Take a bowl add the grated tofus n all spice powders(garam masala powder, chilli powder, cumin powder) tumeric powder n salt n mix them together n keep aside for half an hour...sieve both the wheat flour n maida flour n keep aside, after an hour add the already sieved flours to the tofu n also yoghurt with enough salt n knead them as dough..

Dont add water at all..smash well the tofus to get well mixed with the flour...the dough will be soft n keep aside for half an hour...take a small ball from the dough n dust them with maida n roll them as parathas.

U may get 15 parathas approximately...the dough may be sticky, so dont bother to dust with maida..make every balls as parathas, heat a tawa n add one tsp of oil n cook each parathas slowly, turning them on both sides ,until they gets well cooked.
Dont add water at all..not even a single drop..if the dough seems a bit watery add more maida flour rather than wheat flour.

Can also add any choice of grated veggies to the parathas.
