Pancake, this tiny cakes are must for us especially for our sunday brunch. I love ginger flavor in bakes, though none at home love this flavor in bakes, obviously i think twice before adding ginger powder in my baked goodies. When i got ginger and curd as secret ingredients for this month's Shh cooking secretly event, i couldnt think much than dishing out some pancakes with some store bought gingerbread spices. Trust me, this pancakes with some honey will definitely fill some hungry tummies easily with less efforts.
These pancakes are made without eggs, and i used curd to whisk this winter special pancakes. Whether it is a breakfast or dinner, this pancakes are definitely a must to try if you love to spice up your breakfast.Its winter here, and obviously these pancakes when served with honey satisfy very much easily everyone at home. Loaded with gingerbread flavor, this pancakes smells too good while cooking. I have to say a big thanks to Prathima Shivraj of Prathu's Food World for giving me two interesting ingredients.
1cup Flour
2tbsp Gingerbread spice powder
3tbsp Dark brown sugar
1tsp Baking powder
1/4tsp Salt
1cup Curd
1/4cup Water
Take the flour, gingerbread spice powder, brown sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowl.
Mix it with a fork. Add gradually the water and curd and turn everything as a semi thick batter.
Grease a pan with oil, once the pan is hot, drop a small ladle of batter and cook, flip once and cook again until the both sides gets well coated.
Continue the same process with remaining batter.
Serve warm with honey.
