My daughter travelled to London with her friends for a long weekend and what she bought for me was some chocolates and few baking stuffs. Obviously i couldnt resist to use the golden syrup she bought all the way from London. Actually golden syrup is a thick amber coloured form of inverted sugar syrup made of refining sugar care or sugar beet juice. Mostly used in baking, this syrup can be used very well instead of honey. If you are vegan or if you dont like honey you can replace honey very well with this amber coloured golden syrup. Am an ardent fan of sticky puddings, when i planned to bake some pull apart buns with this golden syrup, i didnt hesitate a second to go with a sticky golden syrup swirl buns with chocolate chips and sugar pearls.
Am running this week's blogging marathon with an interesting theme, yes i will be posting three different pull apart breads. Trust me i thoroughly enjoyed baking three fantastic pull apart breads under this theme. Everyone at home enjoyed having this incredible pull apart buns with their favourite drinks. If conserved properly, these absolutely delicious and dangerously addictive swirl buns stays prefect for more than two days, however trust me they wont stay for a long. A prefect swirl buns to tickle your sweet tooth as this swirls buns have everything to satisfy some hungry tummies.

Flatten the dough with a rolling pin as a large rectangular disc, drizzle the golden syrup followed by the chocolate chips generously over the dough and roll the dough tightly to form a loaf.
With a sharp knife, cut the loaf as medium sized pieces.
Line a baking sheet over a round baking pan and arrange this swirled rolls one by one and let them sit again in a warm place for half an hour.
Sprinkle the sugar pearls generously on the top of the swirl buns.
