Lovely way to eat Potatoes !
I didn't get 'Fan the potatoes slightly.'
Could you kindly explain?
Thanks.
Fan the potatoes slightly means just make the cut visible by pulling the sliced potatoes, when you slice the potatoes, usually you can see the slices gets together, so if you pull the cuts, while cooking they will be visible and get cooks easily. Hope this helps.
