Nothing can be easy as like baking veggies in oven, i have been baking vegetables constantly whenever i feel like having healthy foods for our lunch or for our dinner. Especially cauliflower, this vegetable works awesome for baking or for oven roasting. I have already tried couple of baked dishes with this vegetable and one of my recent trial with this incredible vegetable is this simple baked guilt free baked and spiced cauliflower florets. Usually my family like cauliflower when deep fried either as crispy pakodas or bajjis, this time i quickly baked those florets with a spiced chilly paste just to serve along with our meal for lunch.
Trust me, this baked florets makes an excellent side dish to serve along with curd rice or dal rice, also can be served very much as starter or snacks if you feel like indulging something different from your usual evening snacks or deep fried starters. Since i want to have crunchy cauliflower florets i opted for less baking time, if you want to have crispy florets just go for more baking time. However who ever like cauliflower should give atleast a try to this one of the easiest dish. Am running my second week of blogging marathon with baked vegetables as theme, obviously the next two days are going to be healthy, guilt free dishes i dished out of various vegetables. Stay tuned.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#59.
