Aww this is so delicious! Thanks for reminding me.. i will make these for the Sunday brunch tomorrow :)
Priya, U have used Curd for making parathas. I've never tried this. I usually make chapathi dough with hot/warm milk. May I know y u have used curd instead of water/milk? And one more query. Here, I get soya chunks only. Can I grind it in the mixie to a coarse paste or into granules and add to the tomato-onion mixture?
@Madhu, even i do add warm milk to prepare roti dough, but i add often yogurt coz lactic acid and fat in yogurt will tenderize the gluten, hope i cleared ur doubt..
No problem if you dont have minced soya granules, you can go very well with the whole cooked soya chunks and grind them as granules as u said.
wow so round dear , well done
Thanks Priya, for the instant reply. Thank You for clearing the doubt. Sure, will give a try with yogurt and the ground soya chunks... Thank You for a healthy recipe!
As I told you so, I'm a bread lover and your paratha sounds too good.
