I was craving for some aloo bondas since a long, after a long hesitation and discussion with my teddies i tried to reproduce the usual aloo bonda with a twist, yep i have added some cooked soya kheema to this aloo bonda..Adding soya kheema to the usual aloo masala turned out simply delicious..Actually i wanted to finish some leftover soyachunks which was sitting in my pantry since a long, finally i found out a simple and fantastic way to use those soyachunks by adding them in aloo masala for making this aloo bonda...We happily enjoyed having this yummy fritters for our snacks and none at home noticed the addition of soya kheema until i revealed the secret ingredient the famous 'Soya chunks'..
2nos Potatoes (big & cooked)
1/2cup Cooked soya chunks (grind as coarse paste)
